Print. Cut. Deliver.
At contract volume.

Super Signs prints, cuts and delivers stickers, labels and decals at contract volume for any organisation that needs them - mine sites, councils and fleets are where we see this most, but if you need thousands of anything cut to spec, on schedule, this is built for you.

Built for the buyer who needs thousands, not one.

A procurement team screening suppliers for a bulk contract is asking different questions than a shopfront owner ordering one sign. These are the industries where that pattern shows up most in WA - pick yours, or talk to us if you don't see it below.

01
Mining & Resources
Hazard, asset and PPE labels, vehicle fleet decals and site ID signage at the volume a WA operation actually runs through.

02
Waste & Councils
Bin stickers and compliance labels at scale for councils and private waste operators alike, printed to a schedule and re-ordered as the contract renews.

03
Fleet & Logistics
Decals, compliance placards and asset labels rolled out identically across a whole fleet, not one van at a time.

04
Trade & Wholesale Partners
Overflow capacity for sign shops, agencies and print resellers - white-label, no direct contact with your client. Your brand, your relationship, our production line.

Campaigns, Community & Anything Else
Stickers, labels, decals or corflutes for community groups, campaigns, events, franchises or agriculture - if the run is in the hundreds or thousands, it's the same production line. Tell us what you need.

How bulk production works here

Three steps. Nothing added you didn't ask for.

This is a different job to the design-and-install signage most people know Super Signs for - and it's priced and scheduled differently because of it.

STEP 1

Print

Your artwork, your spec - UV-stable inks, run sizes from the thousands to the tens of thousands, produced in-house in Balcatta.

STEP 2

Cut

Precision die-cut or contour-cut to the exact shape and size your labels, decals or stickers need - every unit identical, batch after batch.

STEP 3

Deliver

Packed and freighted to a single site or distributed across a whole network of sites, on the schedule your contract runs to.

What this isn't: we're not quoting fabrication, construction or on-site installation here - no site attendance, no install crew, no on-site labour. If your job does need design, fabrication or install, that's the rest of supersignswa.com.au - this section is specifically the high-volume print-cut-deliver side of the business.

Proof we've run at this scale

Not a first attempt at volume.

4,137
Satterley lot-plate program
Individually produced lot-plate signage files across 20+ WA residential estates for the Satterley Property Group - a genuine large, repeat production run, not a one-off.
11 sites
UPLYFT rebrand rollout
Identical rebrand signage and graphics produced and rolled out across 11 separate UPLYFT locations from one production run.
1,776 m²
Max daily print capacity (wide-format roll-fed)
Up to 1,776m² in a 24-hour continuous run on our fastest, most durable print mode - our established 3200mm-wide roll-fed printer alone, used for vinyl decals, stickers and large-format print. See the full mode-by-mode breakdown below.
ISO 9001-aligned
Internal Quality Manual
A documented quality management system covering process controls from quote to dispatch, non-conformance reporting and quality objectives - built to the ISO 9001:2015 clause structure, layered on our $20M/$50M cover and SWMS library since 2014.
10+ months
Distributed order fulfillment
A sustained multi-month contract handling individual pick, pack and courier dispatch to named recipients across regional and remote WA - not just one bulk delivery to one site, a full distributed fulfillment operation run alongside the print.

Production capacity, machine by machine

Bulk contracts here run across three production lines. Figures below are manufacturer-rated speeds - real sustained output on our newest equipment is still being proven out in production rather than claimed ahead of it.

Flatbed - rigid corflute, ACM & foam board

Speed profileRated top speed (mfr. spec)
High-KeyUp to 52.8 m²/hr
ExpressUp to 35.3 m²/hr
ProductionUp to 21.3 m²/hr
QualityUp to 15.0 m²/hr

Established equipment - High-Key is our fastest, most durable setting for outdoor signage; higher-pass modes are available where finish quality matters more than turnaround.

Roll-fed wide-format - vinyl decals, stickers & large-format print

Our established roll-to-roll production printer, running up to 3200mm (126in) wide in a single pass - fleet decals, large-format stickers, banners and wide signage without seaming multiple print runs together. Manufacturer-rated speed by print mode, projected to an 8-hour shift and 24-hour continuous run:

Print modeRated speed (mfr. spec)8-hour shift24-hour continuous
Outdoor (3-pass)74 m²/hr592 m² (6,372 ft²)1,776 m² (19,118 ft²)

High Saturation Backlits (18-pass)16 m²/hr128 m² (1,378 ft²)384 m² (4,133 ft²)

Established equipment - Outdoor mode is our fastest, most durable setting and what most bulk sticker and decal contracts run on; higher-pass modes are available where finish quality matters more than turnaround.

Roll-fed - white ink production (newly added capacity)

A newly commissioned production printer, adding white ink to the line-up - spot white, underflood, overflood and multi-layer printing that opens up clear and dark substrates standard CMYK can't cover. Manufacturer-rated speed by print mode (real sustained output to follow once it's proven in production, commissioned only days ago):

Print modeRated speed (mfr. spec)8-hour shift24-hour continuous
Draft (4-pass)36 m²/hr288 m² (3,104 ft²)864 m² (9,312 ft²)
Speed (6-pass)25 m²/hr200 m² (2,152 ft²)600 m² (6,458 ft²)
Standard (8-pass)20 m²/hr160 m² (1,722 ft²)480 m² (5,166 ft²)
Quality (12-pass)17 m²/hr136 m² (1,463 ft²)408 m² (4,391 ft²)
High Quality (16-pass)11 m²/hr88 m² (947 ft²)264 m² (2,841 ft²)

Manufacturer-rated figures shown - this printer is newly commissioned, so real sustained output will be confirmed as it beds into production.

Cutting - contour & kiss-cut

The step after print: precision contour or kiss-cutting to the exact shape and size a label, decal or sticker needs. Our flatbed cutting table runs a mechanical head speed up to 1.13 m/s (45 in/s) with acceleration up to 1.15G - built for the mixed, high-frequency batch cutting a bulk contract runs in practice, not just straight lines. Real cutting throughput depends on how much contour detail a specific job needs, so we quote cutting time against your actual artwork rather than a single area-per-hour figure.

What it costs at volume

Pricing steps down automatically as volume goes up.

Every standard size we produce runs on a volume-tiered rate card - the unit price drops at each of these breaks, from a small pilot run through to five-figure contract volume. Exact current rates are confirmed at quote against your size, material and freight.

Tell us the volume. We'll tell you the schedule.

This goes straight to the person who scopes bulk and contract production - not the general enquiries queue. The more detail you give us on volume and deadline, the faster we can confirm a real number.

Bulk production FAQ

Does Super Signs handle fabrication and installation for bulk orders too?
No - bulk production is deliberately print, cut and deliver only, with no fabrication or on-site install. That's what lets us run at contract volume and price it as a supply job, not a construction job. If your project also needs fabrication or install, that's handled through the rest of supersignswa.com.au as a separate scope.
Is Super Signs insured to supply mine sites and councils?
Yes. Super Signs holds $20M Public & Products Liability and $50M Workers Compensation cover, with a documented Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) library dating back to 2014. Certificates of currency are available on request.
What's the minimum and maximum run size for bulk sticker or label printing?
Bulk production runs are typically 1,000 units and up, with recurring contracts scaling well into the tens of thousands per run. Tell us your volume and deadline through the quote form and we'll confirm exact turnaround against current production capacity.
Has Super Signs actually produced signage at this scale before?
Yes - including a 4,137-file lot-plate signage program for the Satterley Property Group across more than 20 WA residential estates, and an 11-site rebrand rollout for UPLYFT. Both are real, completed production runs, not projected capability.
Where is Super Signs based and does it supply outside Perth?
Super Signs is based at 11 Macadam Place, Balcatta WA 6021, and supplies bulk print contracts across Western Australia, not just the Perth metro area - freight and delivery are arranged as part of every bulk order.
